The people in this office is very very very unprofessional. The receptionist with the pink hair is rude and always give you a nasty look as if you're bothering her, she has no people skills. She talks to the providers like they're stupid and how can I forget the people that call in that she will keep on hold so that she can play games on her cellphone and gossip with a co-worker sitting with her behind the window. The security guard is just as bad. He thought yelling at the people in the lobby was okay after he said Please! Which was the last thing he had said. This entire office need to be retrained on friendly professional customer service or be fired!

very rude and very unprofessional. i didn't receive my timesheets or pay for about a good 4 weeks. i called multiple times, they would hang up on me and i will try many more times still unsuccessful. if this continues the state needs to fire everyone at this pomona office for this unprofessional manner or enforce a new strict training process on how to provide great customer service.

I have tried to recieve payment since October of 2013 it is now may 30th 2014! Went to orientation after several calls and visits into the office. I attended the orientation on may 1st recieve the fingerprinting paperwork immediately go it get fingerprinted that same day. On Monday I receive a notification advising me that I failed to appear to my first orientation!? Wednesday my fingerprint approval comes in via mail!? Confused? I have called left several messages no one calls me back?! I don't understand why no one will help me..so frustrated with the lack of professionalism.

My mother is my in home service provider & hasn't received a payment/new time sheet for a while now. I've left several messages on the toll free number...not one response! I've also tried the (909) number, but they don't even answer that one. What the hell is going on?

I Called 10 times... A Recording Comes on and says we are Unable to take your call... Finally Someone answered A Ms. Jones... We Got time sheets that say Void on them... I was calling to ask what should we do... She started Yelling... STOP... Would not even listen to what I had to say... I asked her for her name... she refused to give it to me... I said your a county worker and must... then asked to talk to supervisor... She was nice... I read these complaints to her she was upset... Gave me my Info and we hung up... Many people would Love to have the Job they don't appreciate...

This office is HORRIBLE!!!! It has taken over a month to get time sheets! I've called over 2 weeks and no one has returned my call you have your case worker who doesn't even help you. You have to call 10-20 other people and they don't even help you. It's ridiculous that there is all these reviews on how horrible the service is at this company yet no one has changed it. I wonder how the workers would feel if they didn't get paid for over a month. Bunch of idiots!!

I'm as same as the person who posted on 11/5/2014... I called them, the lady who answered gave me a number to call I did and that lady gave me another number and so on, now I'm calling someone else and that person doesn't answer... I haven't received any time sheets since i started working October 2014... really irritating and unprofessional. Who else do we ask for help?! :/

getting timesheets or info from his office is like a heck of a trip. i haven't received my timesheets since last November of last year 2014 had been calling non stop since then and leaving MULTIPLE messages. returning calls within 48hrs? thats freaking monkey sh*t!

This seems to be a recurring issue. No time sheet included with my check. No one to speak to regarding the issue. This isn't the first time. I have left numerous messages with my worker and supervisors. When walking in to speak to people you never know if you will be helped with a smile or talked to in a confrontational manner. Please Please start monitoring your workers so that they might actually appreciate the jobs that they have and valuing the people that need their help.

After finding and reading this site and reviews, I had to write about my experience. It appears that the front office clerk may have been replaced with a more professional staff member - I'm praying it wasn't just a break replacement. Having said that, I've been in a nightmarish process with this agency for over one year. The second social worker is possibly the most unprofessional, disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with. His supervisor did not respond to phone calls nor did the office manager. I looked into filing a complaint following a reassessment home visit in which my father was asked questions in a way that the response would negate necessary assistance as well as to sign forms unrelated to the process. When I communicated that the forms needed to be explained, the social worker jumped out of chair and verbally attacked me - to the point where my father felt he might have to defend me. I called the workers superiors via chain of command and waiting the 48 hours as reque
