Miami woman with mental health issues is missing from a care facility, police say

Police say Yennyfer Rodriguez is a 35-year-old woman who lives at the MACtown intermediate care facility in Little Haiti and lives with intellectual disabilities, diabetes and depression.

What Miami police don’t know about Rodriguez, as of Tuesday morning, is where she’s been since Monday. They want the public’s help finding her.

MACtown is at 6250 NE First Pl. Rodriguez, who stands about five-foot-five and weighs about 180 pounds, was last seen wearing glasses, red shirt, black pants and slippers.
